JOE AND JO-ANN MACMUNN
Joe and Jo-Ann MacMunn believe everyone deserves not just to retire, but to enjoy every minute of retirement. Whether it’s traveling, spending time with family, picking up a new hobby (or two!) or simply relishing life without having to clock in every day, our goal is to help you have it all!
The founder of MacMunn Financial Management, Joe uses his natural love of numbers and data to craft easy-to-understand financial strategies. After working several years in the insurance and annuity industry, Joe decided to pursue his passion for helping others and founded MacMunn Financial Management in 2002.
Joe has passed the Series 65 securities exam and is an Investment Adviser Representative. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, as well as an MBA from Northeastern University. Joe has been featured on the “Today Show,” Money Matters Radio and WCRN, and in numerous magazines and newspaper articles.
Jo-Ann will be the first person you see at our office when she greets you at the door. In addition to handling day-to-day operations, she is a licensed insurance producer in Massachusetts. She joined MacMunn Financial in 2012. A breast cancer survivor, Jo-Ann is a member of the Pink Revolution, helping raise funds for underinsured women and creating cancer care kits for the Saint Vincent Cancer and Wellness Center.
Joe has also dedicated his time to volunteering for the Special Olympics and raising money for Leukemia awareness----two activities spurred on by his daughter with Down’s Syndrome.
Together, Joe and Jo-Ann work to help ensure their clients receive the insights, care and resources they deserve.
